Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Lead project management program implementation across manufacturing.
- Develop stage gate processes for manufacturing initiatives.
- Support project plans, timelines, and budgets for transformation projects.
- Communicate project updates and align resources across the organization.
- Mentor team members and provide project management training.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership and ability to motivate and train others.
- Detail-oriented with effective prioritization skills.
Required Experiences:
- 5+ years of project management in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP Certification and experience managing change in complex organizations.
- Willingness to travel and support multi-shift operations.
