Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scope:
- Monitor project expenditures against budget and prepare detailed cost reports.
- Develop and maintain project budgets and forecast costs.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet cost objectives.
- Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform risk analysis related to project financial issues.
- Improve cost management processes and evaluate change orders.
- Manage contracts with procurement and finance teams.
- Oversee project accounting and cash allocations.
2. Required Skills:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial principles, budgeting, and accounting practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities for addressing budget challenges.
3. Required Experience:
- 3 years of experience in construction project cost control (preferred).
- 2 years of construction project and financial reporting experience (preferred).
- Hospital construction cost control experience (preferred).
