Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable search ranking algorithms.
- Collaborate with data scientists to extract relevant features from large datasets.
- Implement and optimize machine learning models for search ranking.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for algorithm improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing to analyze model performance.
Required Skills
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Knowledge of information retrieval, natural language processing, and ranking algorithms.
- Strong data preprocessing and feature engineering abilities.
Required Experiences
- 5+ years as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist.
- Proven experience in building and deploying ML models for search ranking.
- Experience in building algorithms from ground up in a startup environment.
