- Conduct workshops to gather and document platform requirements.
- Collaborate with Platform Architect and Developer for ITIL best practices.
- Document and validate business, functional design, and process requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within customer environments.
- Design and document user acceptance test scripts.
- Maintain knowledge of ServiceNow products and capabilities.
