Project Manager (supermarket construction) at City Facilities Management

Job Summary:

Job Duties
- Manage construction projects at grocery/supermarket locations
- Oversee up to 10 field project managers/superintendents
- Consult with clients on project specifications and costs
- Perform financial analysis and project cost analysis
- Develop project budgets and schedules
- Process change orders
- Prepare bid/documents and maintain project records
- Coordinate with architects and engineers
- Administer construction contracts
- Conduct on-site inspections and ensure compliance
- Provide project updates to stakeholders
- Train and mentor junior project managers

Required Skills

- Use of project management software

- Auto-CAD (beneficial)

Required Experience
- 7 years of retail construction experience
- Experience with supermarket building/mechanical systems
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management/Engineering/Architecture (preferred)
- 5 years of management experience
- Construction License (preferred)
