Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Develop and deliver customer reports
- Provide contract booking documents (subcontracts, POs, invoices)
- Support management with account balancing and reconciliation
- Communicate with customers and project teams
- Maintain organized document storage databases
- Assist in problem-solving for business processes
- Ensure a professionally maintained office environment
- Maintain B2Gnow SBE system and Labor Compliance Program
- Manage Certified Payroll system (LCPtracker)
