Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Maintain developmental, sandbox, and production environments.
- Develop and deploy Creatio CRM; fix bugs and support custom software.
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams.
- Train end users and maintain documentation.
- Design and support CRM solutions and submit reports.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in JavaScript, C#, MSSQL, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS.
- Data analysis, visualization, and integration expertise.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Experiences:
- Experience in data analysis and CRM systems (Creatio preferred).
- Familiarity with ETL processes and project management.
- Background in office technology solutions or similar fields.
