Job Summary:
Job Duties:

- Coordinate subcontractors and construction teams, developing schedules and milestones.
- Manage project budgets, labor, and materials to meet contractual requirements.
- Conduct onsite meetings and regular jobsite visits to monitor progress and address issues.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Procore, and Sage software.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
Required Experiences:
- Previous construction management experience is required.
- Familiarity with aquatics-related construction processes preferred.
