Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes
- Translate business requirements into data analysis plans and develop methodologies.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify insights and propose solutions.
- Communicate insights effectively through visualizations and presentations.
- Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to ensure proper execution of data analysis.
- Develop and implement data management policies for quality and governance.
2. Required Skills
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Ability to apply software engineering principles in analytics.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Looker, PowerBI.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
3. Required Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 4 years of experience in data analysis.
- Preferred: Master’s degree and 2 years of experience or 6 years of experience in data-related roles.
