Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Provide high-level HR advice on career development, talent management, and employee relations.
- Support new joiners’ induction and integration.
- Facilitate talent discussions and manage the talent pipeline.
- Partner with Learning & Development teams for training and development.
- Oversee salary and bonus reviews, term changes, absence management, and offboarding.

Required Experiences

- Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to handle sensitive issues.
