Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Partner with regional teams to develop and recommend consumer value propositions (CVPs) for credit products.
- Conduct market and consumer insights analysis to enhance the organization’s thought leadership.
- Lead go-to-market activities and ensure timely execution of initiatives for Affluent and Co-brand products.
- Support strategy development through product performance analysis and benchmarking.
- Oversee card assessment fee activities and identify optimal benefit delivery platforms.
2. Required Skills:
- Strong payment industry knowledge, particularly in consumer credit product management.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, proficient in presentation tools like PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for structuring business cases and identifying insights.
- Ability to adapt work style for a diverse, global stakeholder group.
- Self-directed, collaborative, and capable of cross-functional influence.
3. Required Experiences:
- Strong background in financial institutions and credit card issuing.
- Significant experience in consumer credit products and management, including cobranding.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
