Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Automate and provision with Chef and Jenkins.
- Manage AWS Cloud services (EC2, ELB, S3) and Cloud Foundry PaaS.
- Monitor and load test systems and applications.
- Collaborate with the software development team.
- Provide on-call support for production operations.
Required Skills:
- Configuration management (e.g., Chef, Salt, Puppet).
- System monitoring (e.g., Sensu, Nagios).
- Proficiency in one scripting language (e.g., Ruby, JavaScript, Python).
- Familiarity with system logging (e.g., Logstash, Splunk).
- Web application stack configuration and deployment.
Required Experiences:
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a 24/7 production environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills across various platforms.
