Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Schedule, publish, and manage social content for various service lines.
- Create and oversee community-building content and social media campaigns.
- Engage with community partners and respond to followers within HIPAA guidelines.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and metrics.
Required Skills
- Proficient in corporate social media content and reputation management.
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Hootsuite).
- Ability to use real-time analytics and Microsoft Office effectively.
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Required Experiences
- Minimum 3 years of related experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in creating paid social media campaigns and reporting on ROI.
