Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Oversee Operational and Model Risk Transformation initiatives.
- Identify execution deficiencies and recommend remedial actions.
- Manage ORM reporting to ensure transparency across various stakeholders.
- Provide data for risk metrics and issues management reporting.
- Execute onboarding processes for risk program owners.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to influence change and identify improvements.
Required Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Three years of relevant experience in Risk or Audit within a large financial services firm.
- Experience with internal audit or risk management preferred.
