Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop new and modify existing applications.
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements with attention to detail.
- Write well-structured, efficient code and adhere to coding standards.
- Identify and fix software bugs, providing technical support.
- Engage in code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
- Analyze requirements with stakeholders for new projects.
- Assist in application deployment and testing.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and project management teams.
2. Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of programming principles, data structures, algorithms, and SQL.
- Proficiency in Java, C#, or similar object-oriented programming languages.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
3. Required Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1 year of previous W2 experience in any field.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
