Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Lead and manage U.S. compliance initiatives.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on legal issues.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Represent the organization with regulatory bodies.
- Provide compliance training to internal teams.
- Stay informed on legal developments affecting the organization.
- Oversee and implement a U.S. compliance program.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of six years in legal compliance (large law firm or corporate).
