Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope
- Conduct and manage electricity grid studies and analyses for datacenter energy infrastructure.
- Develop energy system models to support growth by identifying capacity, cost reduction, and carbon emission goals.
- Analyze global energy markets, infrastructure, and technologies for reliability and sustainability.
- Collaborate on demand flexibility, reliability, and transmission expansion topics.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Julia, or similar).
- Expertise in energy system modeling and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presentations.
Required Experiences
- Doctorate (or pursuing) in related fields with 5+ years of experience in relevant areas.
- 2+ years in electricity grid modeling, power system planning, and energy markets.
- Industrial experience in energy consulting or utility companies preferred.
- Experience with energy policy and executive communication.
