Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Manage execution of transmission, substation, and distribution projects.
- Coordinate internal and external departments for project lifecycle management.
- Oversee project performance including safety, schedule, budget, and client experience.
- Mentor and coach project team members.
- Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and control construction risks and changes.
- Prepare clear project reports and communicate with stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proficient in project management and resource management.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Collaborative team player.
Required Experiences
- BS degree from an ABET-accredited engineering or management/business program.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management for technical projects.
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience as a firm/client liaison.
