Job Duties
- Manage multiple SHC projects ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Lead project teams for Hospital & Clinic activations and facilitate operational readiness activities.
- Collaborate with SHC leadership for resource management and project planning.
- Support ongoing improvement initiatives for patient and employee experiences.
Required Skills
- Strong project management and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze and improve workflows and operational processes.
- Knowledge of Lean, JIT, Six Sigma, and healthcare facility operations.
Required Experiences
- 7+ years of relevant healthcare experience.
- Proven record in transition planning and project activation.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and projects.
