Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Support UCCE environment, troubleshoot issues
- Develop designs for voice, agent desktop integration, and applications
- Assess existing infrastructure and document environments
- Implement contact center infrastructure, hands-on configuration
- Manage infrastructure design/implementation projects
- Coordinate work planning and client relationship management
- Participate in meetings, prepare reports and presentations
- Support new wireless initiatives for call routing
- Troubleshoot agent issues with Dish employees and outsourcers
