Job Duties:
- Oversee compliance staff and efforts for business units.
- Lead compliance control testing and risk discussions.
- Develop processes for regulatory compliance.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant regulations.

- Ensure timely submissions to regulatory agencies.
- Manage complex compliance projects.
- Develop training programs for adherence to policies.
