Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Achieve sales goals and quotas in the assigned territory.
- Manage opportunity funnel, forecasting, and action plans.
- Initiate, qualify sales leads, and ensure a solid sales funnel.
- Participate in joint visits with distributor sales reps.
- Represent the company at tradeshows; maintain knowledge of competitive products.
- Overnight travel up to 50% required.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Business acumen across different decision-making levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree (BSEE/BSME preferred) or relevant experience.
- 7+ years of outside sales experience with a proven track record.
- Experience in industrial automation and working with distribution.
