Project Manager - Regional Transformation Support at Texas Tech University

Location: Multiple Off-Campus Sites

Job Summary:

1. Job Duties and Scope:
- Provide project management including budget, schedule, and scope adherence.
- Conduct monthly visits and virtual meetings for on-the-ground support.
- Facilitate needs assessments and develop Individual Transformation Plans (ITPs).
- Monitor progress through Quarterly Outcome Reviews and work on sustainability initiatives.
- Design and facilitate training sessions; create resources for the US PREP Toolkit.

2. Required Skills:
- Project management and coordination.
- Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
- Collaborative problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of educational frameworks and regulations.

3. Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree plus three years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience totaling seven years.
