Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scopes:
- Conduct compliance assessments to understand business objectives and internal controls.
- Support Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) efforts, including risk assessments and audits.
- Document systems and controls using various formats such as narratives and flow charts.
- Evaluate internal control findings and develop remediation plans.
- Monitor progress using the integrated risk platform (IRP) solution, Archer.

Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of compliance and internal control frameworks.
- Proficiency in documentation techniques (narratives, flow charts).
- Familiarity with risk assessment and audit processes.
- Knowledge of integrated risk platforms.

Required Experiences:
- Relevant experience in compliance assessments and internal controls.
- Experience in supporting ICFR efforts, including risk assessments and audits.
- Prior experience with risk management tools, especially Archer, is preferred.
