Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scopes
- Assist in project planning, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
- Track project progress and identify risks, developing mitigation strategies.
- Maintain project documentation (schedules, budgets, status reports).
- Attend project meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Conduct site visits to ensure safety standards.

Required Skills
- Self-motivation and eagerness to learn.
- Leadership and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Required Experiences
- Currently enrolled in a Construction Management or Project Management program.
- Ability to obtain OSHA 10 certification within the first month.
