Job Summary:

1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Oversee and conduct compliance risk assessments of third-party vendors.
- Develop and implement compliance risk management policies and procedures.
- Monitor regulatory changes for vendor management compliance.
- Collaborate with teams for vendor compliance evaluations and risk strategies.
- Lead training initiatives on compliance risk management.
- Prepare and present compliance risk reports to management.
- Act as a subject matter expert in compliance, BSA, and fraud risk.
- Foster relationships with third-party vendors for compliance adherence.

2. Required Skills:
- Strong analytical skills for assessing compliance risks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities.
- Deep understanding of consumer compliance, BSA, and fraud regulations.

3. Required Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years in Compliance Risk Management, focusing on BSA and fraud.
- Minimum 5 years at a bank, financial institution, or fintech.
- Relevant compliance and cyber risk certifications are desirable.
- Proven experience in third-party risk assessment and vendor management.
