Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Identify areas of improvement in the service delivery organization.
- Analyze service delivery workflows and propose improvement plans.
- Focus on analytics, process automation, and customer data management.
- Support team leads with reporting and analytics to track tasks.
2. Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel heavy).
- Experience with data reporting and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI).
- Data management and SQL/Oracle knowledge (preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
3. Required Experiences:
- Currently enrolled at a 4-year accredited college/university.
- Expected graduation between August 2025 – May 2027.
- Must commit to a full-time (40 hours/week) 10-week internship program.
