Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope
- Act as primary liaison for service-side client relationships.
- Manage client project implementations and account activities.
- Conduct status calls to discuss service topics and projects.
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and address any contractual penalties.
- Identify additional opportunities for products/services for clients.
Required Skills
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Knowledge of public cloud infrastructure and third-party providers (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Ability to work independently and mentor team members.
Required Experience
- 10+ years in banking and financial services.
- Experience in service management and relationship management.
- Familiarity with actuarial and IT functions in managed services is a plus.
