Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Support technical evaluation of ingredient technologies for Beverage portfolio.
- Conduct hands-on assessment and testing in bench and pilot plant.
- Facilitate interaction between Beverage categories.
- Identify and leverage external partners for new technology.
- Collaborate with technical leaders to enhance beverage nutrition and performance.
- Build SME network for technology transfer.
- Drive application assessment for functional ingredients and preservatives.
- Demonstrate technology applicability via presentations.
- Perform economic evaluations on ingredients.
