Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Coordinate changes to Netezza databases; test and implement management systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Netezza and database development.
- Support application releases, database creation, and data migration.
- Review SQL queries and database design for performance improvements.
- Develop and implement standards and best practices for Netezza databases.
2. Required Skills:
- Expert knowledge of Netezza appliance systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage time independently and multi-task effectively.
- Experience in SDLC and Change Management process.
3. Required Experiences:
- 5+ years of experience in Netezza database administration.
- Associate's degree in computer programming or relevant field; Bachelor's preferred.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience required.
