Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scope:
- Manage execution of high-level data projects for the Foundation team.
- Collaborate on new database initiatives and solutions for improved efficiencies.
- Audit system coding and tools; maintain and reconcile data.
- Synthesize findings to inform strategic decisions and assist with reporting.
- Support the Gift Administration team as needed.
2. Required Skills:
- Proficiency with Raiser’s Edge or similar donor/CRM databases.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to identify data-driven solutions and maintain quality control.
3. Required Experiences:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar database (required).
- Minimum 2 years in a fundraising environment (preferred).
- Preferred 5 years of experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar databases.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (required).
