Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scope:
- Perform armed assignments including security, response services, and investigations.
- Provide concierge-level security at client locations and events.
- Write detailed incident reports and conduct quality investigations.
- Monitor campus security, including CCTV and access control.
- Respond to emergencies and identify equipment issues.

Required Skills:
- Concierge-level customer service experience.
- Strong problem-resolution and communication skills.
- Ability to use access control systems, CCTV, and alarm monitoring.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Required Experience:
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Law enforcement, security, or military experience preferred.
- Current CA Guard Card, Exposed Firearm Permit, and CCW or HR218 required.
