Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Develop and maintain financial reporting tools for finance and leadership teams
- Lead comprehensive company-wide financial analyses and insights
- Act as a finance liaison for monthly P&L analysis and management reporting
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and various reporting projects
- Lead Finance M&A integration and analyze financial systems for improvement
Required Skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Power BI, QlikSense) and SQL
- Data analysis and financial analytics expertise
- Ability to conduct audits and maintain documentation
Required Experiences
- 12+ years in accounting and financial analytics, including data modeling and warehouse experience
- Hands-on experience with financial reporting tools and SQL queries
- Familiarity with insurance broker agency management systems (preferred)
- Experience managing a team of analysts and collaborating across departments
