Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Supervise and monitor robotic systems at client sites in North America
- Address customer inquiries about installed robotic systems
- Resolve technical issues and guide clients through solutions
- Collaborate with the Maintenance team and headquarters in France
- Report and escalate issues as needed
- Participate in improving system reliability and customer service
Required Skills
- Technical customer service experience
- Strong problem management and resolution skills
- Ability to handle and diffuse escalations
- Interest or experience in robotic operations
- Flexibility for rotating shifts, including overnights and weekends
Required Experiences
- Proven experience in a technical customer service role
- Exposure to warehousing or robotics operations desirable
- Relevant technical certification or degree preferred
