Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Implement service strategy and drive growth at the unit level.
- Lead the Service organization, manage P&L, and optimize service resources.
- Collaborate on new product development and implement marketing materials.
- Develop processes based on customer feedback (NPS).
- Guide and motivate team members and improve service availability.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards.
