Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Provide support for services operated by the Secure Connectivity Chapter (e.g., Azure Networking, Palo Alto Technologies).
- Implement continual improvements to existing services.
- Ensure adherence to guidelines and best practices by tier two support teams.
- Offer technical expertise in assigned projects.
- Assess vendors/suppliers for service suitability.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Azure Networking (Application Gateway, WAF, etc.).
- Security management qualifications (e.g., PCNSE, CCNP Security).
- Strong understanding of Palo Alto Networks technologies.
Required Experiences
- Minimum five years in Information Technology.
- At least three years in complex network environments.
- Experience implementing and supporting firewall solutions in medium to large organizations.
