Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scope:
- Support DX/Experience Cloud product strategy and legal compliance.
- Analyze complex legal matters related to AI software development and technology licensing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives.
- Generate insights on EDX Product Legal trends and assess industry developments.
- Lead a team of legal professionals and manage annual planning activities.
2. Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills for framing complex legal issues.
- Expertise in negotiating and drafting technology licensing agreements.
- Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership capabilities to manage multi-layered organizations.
- CIPP and CISSP certifications are a plus.
3. Required Experiences:
- Law degree/JD with at least 12 years of relevant in-house legal experience in tech.
- Significant experience in software product development (preferably SaaS) and e-commerce.
- Preferred 3+ years of firm experience.
